Our clients include many major UK universities as well as clients in the charity and property sectors. We are also a preferred supplier to the Crescent Consortium of Further Education Colleges. Our clients are based throughout the UK, from Scotland and Northern Ireland to the South of England.
The firm was formed by Bill Ellis and Andy Chapman in January 2001 and has since grown from strength to strength. Bill and Andy have substantial experience working with the higher education sector and their ever-growing number of clients find this hands-on experience invaluable. Bill and Andy lead a team of dedicated VAT consultants all with particular experience in these specialist areas.
We also link up with other professionals when required such as barristers, solicitors and other tax specialists. These professionals provide such services as legal agreements, property leases, conveyancing, valuations, advice on other taxes and legal opinions. These links ensure that we are able to offer a comprehensive service.
Originally based in Manchester, we now operate out of offices in the historic market town of Knutsford in Cheshire close to the main motorway, air and rail networks.
